In this cohort-based program, offered both virtually and in-person, participants will develop and apply the skills needed to fully harness their unique leadership potential.

This inclusive environment fosters deep, meaningful conversations, empowering each participant to uncover their own truths and make transformative changes in both their personal and professional lives. Participants also celebrate one another’s unique strengths while honing their own authentic leadership abilities.

Program Logistics:

9-week virtual program (Programming may also be delivered on-site if desired).

Each module (weekly) is a 2-hour time commitment.

Each participant is expected to show up fully, contribute and participate, and support the other cohort members.

Programming costs include the Becoming ATHENA Workbook and Becoming ATHENA, Eight Principles of Enlightened Leadership by Martha Mayhood Mertz, the founder of ATHENA.
